**Processing Time**  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery**  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Estimated delivery times:

- Domestic (e.g., US): 10-14 business days  
- International: 15–20 business days

Please note that customs clearance or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

**Customs & Import Duties**  
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

**Order Changes & Address Errors**  
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**  
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows “delivered.” Please file a claim with the carrier.
